Whoer VPN for Windows

Whoer VPN 2.0.10.47 is the Windows VPN client from Whoer, the company known for the whoer.net website that shows what your IP address and browser reveal about you. The client encrypts your connection and routes it through Whoer's servers. On its download page, the service now appears under the name WhoX VPN. You can download Whoer VPN for Windows from whoer.net.

What is Whoer VPN?

Whoer built its reputation with an online check that shows your IP address, location, browser details and possible leaks. The VPN is the natural next step: a service that changes the address websites see and encrypts traffic between your PC and the VPN server. On Windows the client offers a list of server locations and a connect button. According to the official download page, a single WhoX VPN subscription covers devices on Windows, macOS and Linux, browsers such as Chrome, Opera and Firefox, and Android and iOS phones.

Why is it called WhoX VPN on the website?

The download page uses the WhoX VPN brand, while our catalogue lists the Windows client as Whoer VPN. It is the same provider's product; check that you download it from whoer.net to avoid copies with similar names.

How do I install it?

1. Go to whoer.net and open the download section for Windows.
2. Run the installer and allow the VPN components to be added.
3. Sign in or activate your subscription.
4. Choose a location and connect.
5. Use the whoer.net check to confirm that your visible IP address has changed.

The installer is about 33.09 MB according to catalogue data.

Is it free?

The client is free to download. The service is sold by subscription, with details on the official site. Read the terms and renewal conditions before paying.

Does it make me anonymous?

No VPN does on its own. It hides your IP address from websites and protects traffic on public networks, but services you log in to still recognise you, and browser fingerprints can identify you too. The VPN provider can see your connections, so read its privacy policy.

Is it legal?

VPNs are legal in most countries, though some restrict them and many workplaces and schools forbid them on their networks. Follow the rules where you are.

What if some sites stop working?

Banking and streaming services may block VPN addresses. Switch location or disconnect for that task.
